0.5mm Orange Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Thermal Insulation Fire Blanket

 
One side orange silicone rubber coated fiber glass fabric is produced from basic fabric-glass fiber fabric which has coated with 80g/m2 orange silicone/rubber on one side. This basic e-glass fiberglass fabric can be used up to a high temperature of 550℃(1022℉). But the orange rubber/silicone coating can withstand a temperature below 260℃.
 
Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is a flexible, high strength, tear resistant and fire resistant fabric. Its basic fiberglass cloth has properties such as structure stability, chemical resistance and high tensile strength. And because of the silicone coating's special features, the silicone/rubber coated fiberglass cloth are widely used for production of industrial protective products, such as fire blankets, expansion joints, fabric air exhasut ducts, pump/pipeline thermal insulation jackets and fire fighting equipments.

 
Yarn type of this silicone coated  fabric is e-glass G37 1/0 0.7Z fiberglass yarn. They are woven in a fabric called 3732 fiberglass fabric which is weighed at 430g/m2. Total weight of this silicone coated fiberglass fabric is 510g/m2: 430g/m2 basic fabric+80g/m2 orange silicone coating on its one side. Common widths we produce are 100cm, 127cm and 155cm . (so they have more economical price and less lead time)
