Silicone coated fiber glass cloth is made from woven fiberglass cloth which is coated with or impregnated with a black silicone/rubber on one side or both sides. Fiberglass fabric is a flexible but very durable, tear resistant fire resistant fabric. What's more,  with silicone/rubber coating, the coated fabric has features of fire resistance, dimension stability, durability, electrical insulation and chemical resistance.
 

The basic fiberglass fabric is 3732 fiber glass fabric which can withstand a temperature below 550℃. But the black rubber/silicone coating can resist 260℃. And according to the properties of silicone coating, this coated fiber glass fabric are widely used for production of industrial used products, such as fire/welding blanket or curtain, expansion joint, thermal insulation jacket/exhaust blanket for valve/pump/pipeline and other fire fighting covers.
 
Yarn type of this basic cloth 3732 is G37 1/0 0.7Z e-glass fiber glass yarns. Weight of this 3732 fabric is 430g/m2. Its total weight including silicone coating will be 530g/m2, 430g/m2 fabric+100g/m2 black silicone coating on one side. 100cm and 127cm are very common  width we produce.
