Outside material of the cover is silicone coated glass fiber cloth. It is 0.8mm fiberglass fabric coated with grey silcone compound on one side. With this silicone coating, the material will provide outstanding electrical insulation, heat resistance, oil and moisture resistance, anti corrosion and chemical resistance. But durable and abrasion resistant coated fiberglass fabric is flexible and easy to fabricate. Silicone coated glass fabric can resist continuous heat below 260℃. Inside material e-glass needled mat can withstand heat below 800℃ continuously. This recyclable needled blanket is high temperature resistant and eco-friendly.

IR Test
IR Test result of removable insulation jacket showed that when the inside temperature in equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, surface temperature of the jacket is around 35℃.
