510GSM Silicone Coated Glass Fabric Plain Weave Electrical Insulation Blue
Blue silicone coated fiber glass fabric is made of woven fiberglass cloth which is coated with silicone rubber to a final 510g per square meter coated cloth. Fiberglass fabric can withstand below 550℃. But the blue silicone coating can only be used below 260℃.
Silicone coating improve the properties of fiberglass cloth. Fiberglass is high strength and heat resistant. When coated with silicone on both sides, its durability, thermal insulation and chemical resistance and electrical insulation all improve. Based on the properties of fiberglass fabric and special features of silicone coating, the coated fiberglass fabric are usually used to produce thermal insulation/electrical insulation jackets for pump and generator, fire blanket and fabric expansion joints.
